I'm going to get nearly the same RAM, but this stuff is a major step up compared to yours, at least give it a thought, 600mhz, incredible speeds

Antec PSU's arent that great lately. I will look into a OCZ Powerstream 520, or if you are on a budget get a Fortron AX-500. 4 x 80mm fans will be very loud. I would look into 120mm fans.

Ok the newer version of my case has one rear 120mm fan, one 80mm side and one mm front. Will this be good?

this is all personal preferance on ram and such all of the things youa re paying for are gonna be top of the line you have to decide for yourself. Don't stress yourself.
