Annoying Microsoft / Xp CD

Check this out. I bought a Full Version XP Pro Cd at best buy, and tried to install it on this computer i am putting together, and it says that I can't copy install files to the hard disk. I then call microsoft for a replacment, and gave them my address, when they e-mailed the invioce to me, they shipped it to the wrong address. I call them back and they change it. Many days later I get the CD, so happy!!! I then go to install it and then I noticed that they shipped the wrong cd...they gave me the upgrade!!! I call them back and then they said they were gonno re-ship it.

This is annoying the crap out of me.

If you do a quick format on a virgin drive you'll get that error. Do a full long way around format and try it again.

Thats what I gonno do, if they screw up again. But thoughs softwares are EXPENSIVE! $300 retail?!?!?! they're crzy.
