The bolded titles not working

I know if the title is bolded it means there posts in it you havn't read but it's not keeping track right. Some threads i was the last to post and it still show up as unread. i went through all the general hardaware and software about 30 mins ok. now when i come back most of them are bolded again but no new posts

Is anybody else bolded titles not keeping track right?

When i close my browser(IE6) it loses track.

When you go back out to the thread listings, refresh your browser. If you are just hitting back, it won't register. And yes, if you close the browser, the cookies reset for a certain period of time. If you don't come back during that time, all the forums are marked read. It works kind of strangely, but yeah. They still work.

I do refresh when i hit back. so if i close my browser everything will be marked as unread for say 30mins but after that it will all be right? Well that must be true because now when i come back after being off for an hour all the threads i have read are unbolded,weired.
