i Can't change the theme

i have a computer running windows 2003 advanced server enterprise edition and i want to change the theme when i try to it come up with

theme engine is not running go to control pannel and start theme engine.

but there is nothing like that in the control pannel.

Windows 2003 only has the Windows Classic theme, I'm told.

No blue taskbar or any of that jazz, I'm afraid.

Server versions are used in corporate, government, and school facilities... It is generally not meant for games, or any intensive apps.

I have searched in the windows folder and found the xp theme but it won't let me change to it.

I have found out how todo it.

Control pannel> adminstative tools>services

find themes and make it run automactly when you log on
then change the theme.
