Not really. It's just a matter of making sure everything is compatible and plugging things in. Most parts only goes in one way. We've had a lot of people that never built a PC before and completed one all the way through on here. I don't think there's anyway you can upgrade that Pentium 3 unless you go with a Pentium 4 or an Athlon 64 CPU. But you'll also have to get a new motherboard in the process and upgrade the RAM too. PC100 is no longer supported. We use DDR SDRAM now which uses new RAM modules rate at DDR333, DDR400, and higher.
