I just retested my system after overclocking my processor and video card and I got 7620. My old score was 7243, is that a good increase?

I got a 3980, no overclocking, with crap ram, i'm happy with that. My friend got a 197 on an athlon xp 3000+, 512mb DDR 400 ram, and a FX5200.

I had the 5200fx, and it just crapped out on me in the middle of Prince of Persia: Sands of Time. Now I have:
Athlon 64 3400+
Nvidia geforce 6600 gt, DFI lanparty 250Gb motherboard, Maxtor 160 GB Hard Drive, Dvd drive and DVD burner, 500 Watt Psu, Samsung 17" flat Screen Monitor 712n, Dell 2405FPW monitor, Logitech z640 surround sound

3d mark 05 score = 3443

I'm hoping to get better cooling soon and see if I can overclock a little.

I did both 3Dmark03 and 3Dmark05
3Dmark03=15,553
3Dmark05=6,920

AMD athlon 64 3500+
2x Leadtek 6600GT's running in SLI mode
1gb RAM (Generic)


I thought i would of gotten higher for the 3Dmark05....
what do you guys think? reasonable score?

actually I think that is a good score for dual 6600GTs

6096 - not bad, seems good for the specs i have. need to get some better memory tho, ive only got the value corsair ram
