is this possible..... connecting to internet via phone

i have heard that you can connect to the internet on your computer using your phone as a modem. i have a samsung D500 and a bluethooth can i connect to the internet using this. (didnt know if it should go in computer or mobile forums)

What do you mean, do you mean like using a phone line (dial up) or using your phone as a router ?

i meen that can i connect to the internet using my mobile phone as a modem. say if i had a laptop and i wanted to use it in the car i could connect to the internet using my phone and bluetooth

It's possible, but it depends on if you have a capable phone and service. Also, last I heard, mobile internet service like that was pretty expensive, but I'm not sure. I would talk with your wireless service provider to find out more about it.
