I need some upgrading help

I need some upgrading help. I am going to up grade my PC tomorrow. I am kind of on a budget so I am not going to upgrade the whole PC. I know that I would like to upgrade the processor, video card and motherboard. is there any thing else you think really needs to be upgraded ? here is my PC specs

asus a7m266 mother board

amd thunderbird 266 1400mhz

amd athlon socket a coler

512 ddr pc2100 ram

cooler master atc200 w/300w power supply

IBM 60gxp 6ogb ata 100 7200rpm

teac 1.44mb 3/ 1/2 drive

Toshiba 16x DVD 48 x CD-ROM w/out decoder

sigma designs realmagic hwood +decoder

plextor plexwriter ide 16x10x40

creative labs sb live platinum 5.1

dlink dfe-530tx 08-td1

Whoa, ancient dinosaur specs...j/k they're not that old but no longer in use. I'm sure you want good performance at a low cost. Here's what I scrounged up. Looks pretty darn good:

You are also gonna need new ram with that mobo. Ram is pretty cheap though. There is no point in upgrading that comp. Trust me just get a new one.

those parts look nice. But u are also going to need a new power supply. The ram is not a must, but I'd suggest u get new ram too.
 
If you don't play games, then you should be fine with that card.

If you can find a socket-939 Sempron, then get one, but if you can't, get a socket-754 Sempron. The difference between a socket-939 Sempron and an Athlon 64 is just L2 cache size, which barely improves performance in most tasks.
