confused with sata u-ata ide

man im so confused.......i have this mobo:
Foxconn 915A01-P-8EKRS2 ATX Intel and i dont kno if it can support ultra ata hard drives, i kno it can support serial ata for sure but it doesnt say for ultra and wut about ide?? can someone tell me if it has ide slots, ultra ata and serial ata slots.... thx =D
