alright some others on the forums probably know im building a new comp anyways i just need to kjnow if my hardrive and motherbaord are compatable.

Im getting an evga motherboard with a PATA storage compatability
it says ATA133

but my maxtor hardrive says IDE Ultra ATA133
they work together right im just confused about the IDE and Ultra

Its the same thing... anything with ide and ata is compatible cause they use the same cables. theres regular ata (33/66 MB/s - 40/80 pin cable) and ultra ata (133 MB/s - UDMA 5)

Your motherboard will support that hard drive.
