In theory everybody who's a Guru deserves it, but not everybody who is a Guru will get it. Ultimately; the Forum is all that matters right? So a Member or a Moderator, you do what you can to make it a better place - both positions are as important as the other.

I'm on at least an hour or two a day, since winter is coming though, I will be able to be on more, since I work outside and wintertime isn't the ideal time to be working...lol
