My CTRL-ALT-DEL doesnt work..wth

My CTRl-ALT-DEL doesnt work anymore, i have no clue what is wrong, it just started yesterday wth..

Hm...what are his system specs. On my dad's computer, when something is loading etc it takes forever to get it open.

Somewhere in the control panel there is an option that determines what happens when you hit ctrl+alt+delete. One of the options is do nothing, perhaps a glitch triggered a change in functionality

thanks. but his system specs are like 2.5gh/z Amd semptron, 512 mb ram, asrok (how ever you spell it) mobo, ati x550 or something all in wonder and a 40 gb hd, and a 120 gb external. so its not slow at all.
