phyiscal memory dump

i have had the bleu screen of death and had to totally dump my physical memory like 3 times. and the most recent time was retarted because all i was doin is listening to music, and talkin on msn. and if u look at my sig im pretty damn sure that my computer can handle this. why is it doin this to me. i kno i dont have a virus on my computer or spy ware or anything of that sort. can someon just tell me how i can make it stop doin this. i was thinkin of me virtual memory but thats un needed. ill take any advice. thanks.

Could be a number of things, but when did you install those RAM sticks?

its not custom its dell and i have had the computer for less then 2 months

You should call Dell for support if you have your PC for two months. They have like a year of free tech support or something like that and the PC should still be under warranty for any software/hardware issues. They'll probably use some diagnostic software to determine what the problem is and then they'll replace the RAM, update all drivers or do a complete system restore, flash BIOS and that sort of deal.
