Does anyone know of a free web hosting service that comes with
-unlimited bandwidth
-no banner ads or popups
-FTP access
-no limits on file extensions (so i can put .zip files on it)
-no limits on file size
-and at least 50mb of webspace

Theres no such thing as unlimited bandwidth. There may be what they call "Virtually" Unlimited but its just a big amount. And No free host would offer it.

Although HostingZero has 10gb Space and 100gb bandwidth which is great I can't trust its the best quality, or good at that matter.

I use www.1asphost.com, but you have to have a text link at the bottom of all the pages (an engine adds it automatically to your HTML), there is 100mg webspace, .zip extractions but a 1gb bandwidth
