Windows XP Theme Making Software

I own a Windows XP, and am limited to the three original themes, regular blue, green, and silver. Where can I find software to make my own themes? Thank you.

make your own or select from a variety of thousands of themes? If you want to be able to selct from a lot of themes, then windows blinds, but it hinders peformance.

A theme I really like is the energy blue (royale) theme for win xp.

Or you can use style xp, just go to www.themexp.org and check it out. If you're really desperate, you can pay the $30 for the full version, or just use it for 30 days. But yeah, windows blinds is good.
