Do i need a my power suppy?

p4s533-X motherboard
XFX Geforce 6800 128MB 256-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X Video Card
40 gig harddrive(will upgrade)

250 watt power supply...
I hear from my friend that it isnt good enough
but hes wrong most of the time
do i need a new power suppy with more watts to power my cpu?

Dude with a 6800 you need alot more power for that card
