TV Tuners...been lookin into getting one and most the good ones I see say

"Requires Microsoft Windows Media Center Edition 2005 (will not work with any other version of Microsoft Windows) "

This true?!

I have seen lots of Tv tuners that work with windows xp. you could also try using the internet to watch tv e.g. digiguide.com
