Dam ebay ad pop up when connecting to internet

Hello, I think I have been hijacked or something because everytime now I will get a "about blank" screen window that will advertize friggen ebay.......how do I remove it??? I do have ad aware and spybot and I do have the hijackthis program

first of all it does look like you have been had.
i would disable my system restore, then boot in safe mode and run all of my scans adaware, avg, spybot ect ect. see if that removes it. make sure they are all up to date.
