Is vist 64-bit OS only?

It's sad to think that civiallians always get the older technology. Military computers had 128 bit LONG time ago dude. Man why can't people pick up the pace. But I'll you fellows know, that once 256-bit computers come out. I'm the first to buy one...

On the contrary, I hear there is a 32-bit and 64-bit version of Vista.
