Unfortunately, yes, it happens here in Germany also. Today's youth want an adrenaline kick that takes them further than what we used to do. I never thought of stealing cars and drag racing at night eighter, but this also seems to be a kick lately. Maybe the parents don't pay enough attention or don't know how to give guidance, so they seek other influence (mostly bad). I am glad that I am not a youth of today, growing up not knowing if I'll have a job, etc. And I can well understand why some couples don't want to have children - society today is so money greedy, and forgets the rudimentary idea of life and love. The political struture is not that great either, sorry to say.
