i take it you use comcasts email service and want to move all of your details/emails/contacts over to outlook.
if that is the case you should have a option to import/export items from your mail acount. i use incredimail and at the top of the page under "file" i can find this option. i just move them to a disc or floppy or folder, then i set outlook as my default email and import them the same way.
