Overheating or bad power supply?

After a few hours my PC shuts off. I literally have to unplug it for 10 seconds and then plug it back in to get it to start up?

Heat issue (I have plenty of fans and not overclocking anything)?

Or is it a funky power supply issue?

Or what?

Could be either. Check your temps.

That tells me its the PSU since if it was a heat problem, it would surely give you a warning and wouldn't start up that quickly and would need time to cool down.
