Does anybody know if there is a policy with McDonalds not to employ 16 year olds who are currently in the year of their GCSE's?

Thanks.. John!

THEY CAN HIRE at 15, but they only hire at 16 unless you know them. This is due to a mature factor. I asked my manger why they don't hire at 15.

I mean't more about the GCSE part, because you can be 16 and have left school, but I am 16 and am still in school in the year of my GCSE's..

Just a quick question what are GCSE's? i know someone that works at McDonalds i'll ask as soon as i know what it is,lol.

GCSE's are like the exams you take at the end of school, ones you would take to a job so they see how you get on. You might know them as O levels or something.
