Hi Guys,
I'm building a new computer meant to play serious games like Half Life-2.
Here are the specs, how are they and would you change anything for the same price?

EvGA Geforce 7800GT 256MB pci-e x16
AMD Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego
Thermaltake Silent Pure Power 680 Watt
ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4
2x pqi TURBO 1GB 184-Pin
Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 300GB

Those are the main components. How do they look? Should I be able to play games like Half-Life 2 at full?

Yes those specs are very nice, as allenn812 said, HL2 will run as smooth as silk :)

...and if you can't afford that rig, get one like what I got in my sig. You'll play Half Life 2 nicely. I'm playing Doom 3 right now (or was playing it) and it was as smooth and as fast as what it should be. The faces and mutated people were very detailed and no slow down at all. The only stupid, damn lag (Boom!!! Headshot!! is the time it takes to reload your stupid weapon. Man I hate that. I'm using that blue pulse gun that can fire off like 50 shots. All the weapons take time to load and you are vulnerable during the reloading process. I'm like dead.

Very nice... we're talking the aa and ap at 8x and 16x, respectively, and no lag at all... I like it...
