What's wrong with my cs fps?

ive never heard that turning of verticle sink can damage your card i mean how could it? anyway ya turn up the refresh rate cause that will make it look nicer and easier on your eyes and by the way the max fps for cs is 100fps

On older cards such as the Ti4400 and Radeon7000, they did not use LIMTERS to gauge performance. THUS.. if vertical sync wasn't engaged.. OOOPS... BOOM goes card, so yes, they did get damaged, more or less BLOWN UP.
