more vid card help needed

will this vid card below be able to play games like doom3,f.e.a.r., hl2, bf2,ect...??? also, will i be able to have the vid card below, and another, different type of vid card,(like a 7800gtx) and still use sli?

which is better, a geforce 7800 gtx, or a 7800 gt?

No, SLi must use the exact same video card. It is recommended that you use 6600GT for Doom 3 and the other 3d intense games for better performance but technically, you can use the LE at minimal settings and such.
