I believe you are refering to fibre optics technology. Wires would be inefficient, unless it was photonic emmision base. As par my knowledge on the matter, plastic is impossible to use as it has no conductive properties (if we are dealing in the realm of electro diode CPUs of modern day technoloy).

BTW, the dual core option is by far the best. Please purchase that.

It isn't plastic, I know from my course, that is IMPOSSIBLE. It could be that Fibre Optic technology, but that is so new and doubtful to work at this point.
