how do i erase a .dll file

i got spyware on my pc and got software to scan it and it says that i have to erase a file named se.dll but i cant erase. i have also tried erasing it with command line but access is denied. any help please.

Try deleting it while in safe mode.

try renaming it or right click on it and remove the read only permissions

Safe mode should work as spank said, but on the rare occasion it doesnt, search downloads.com for deletion software, I dont personally know how it works But Ive used them many times to delete those pesky "cannot delete while in use" files
