firewire not detecting dv camera

well it does have a logo on their. it has FCC, where the second 'c' is inside the 1st one. and then CE. but thats it.

not thats a standard ard ce i came up with CELANESE CORPORATION

on the box around FCc it has 'Feoeral Communication Commission' but i suspect thats a type-o and should say federal. Also it has VCCI (with the second 'c' in side the 1st one like the other logo' and USB (with a usb cable running through it' and Universial Serial Bus underneath it.

just did some more searchin around on google, and i've found this, which im pretty sure is my card. It looks exactly the same.

actually, if you simply search on google for pci ieee 1394 card, basically everything that comes up is this same card, either in black or in green. I really have no idea what to do right now. just try some of the companies and look for drivers from them i guess
