Unknown Error in the System Log

Has anyone seen this error before? How do I resolve it? I'm running Windows 2000 Server Edition.

Description: The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer D4ZTVD21 that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{... The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced.

Any help would be appreciated.
