anti-virus help needed!

i need a good free anti-virus and pop-up blocker. i also need a good free spyware remover tool. can anyone tell me where i can get these things?

google for downloads:

Anti-Virus: AVG or AntiVir personal
Anti-spyware: Spybot s&d, ad-aware, spywareblaster, microsoft anti-spyware (u don't need all of these but they are all good. but install atleast 2)
Pop-up blocker: Get firefox

i also use winpatrol, its a great tool for finding problems. and its free.

Use AD-AWARE SE, it found over 1000 Ad-Aware when i install it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

and microsoft antispyware, lavasoft adaware, spybot sd
