Need Help!

I have a MATSHITA UJDA755zDVD/CDRW for my ibm T40. It is not working i tried it with the another copy of the drive from my bros computer and it didnt work either. My computer reconzizes and it has a yellow ! next to the drive. When i put a disk it it spins but then nothing happens....i also updated all my drives....can anyone help?

roll back your drivers the new ones may have "issues"
