Optimising Windows 98

Hey Guys,
is there anyway i can make my computer faster... its a windows98..
apart from the obvious stuff... Disk Defrag, Scan Disk etc...

Get rid of startup items in MSCONFIG. You can cleanup your registry by using free registry cleaners that are around the net but there's always a risk that your computer may get screwed up after it has been done (some programs may not work properly, etc). Most of the time, it does a good job though.

yeah i've done that
the only things that run on start up are my keyboard software and MSN Plus!
so is there anything else?
