What happens if you sell an item on ebay and the user does not pay, do you still have to pay ebay fees?

What happens if you sell an item on ebay and the user does not pay, do you still have to pay ebay fees?

You have to give them 7 days after the auction has ended to pay if they do not pay you file an Un-Paid dispute and e-bay sends them a reminder.

If they still do not pay after another 7 days you can close the dispute and get refunded your money.

I'm doing it for the second time.

AFTER you file the dispute and wait another 7 days..

Stuck doing this because people on my stuff and don't pay.
