Spyware problem

I've a problem, and its that I've tried it all, even microsoft antispyware, and this bar doesnt dissapear from my IE!... Im getting tired of this and I dunno what to do, to make that Search bar dissapear...

shut down system restore!
then go to

http:www.trendmicro.com

use the automatic scanner from their site to locate it and fix the problem.

you can take out most of the lame ass search bars by going to add/remove programs because its the result of wut you have downloaded
