when i put a fan underneath my video card, do i want to blow air on it or blow air away from it?

oh and also, how hard is it to change the heatsink on a video card?

for changing heatsinks on video cards i have absolutly no idea as i have never done that before. but for your other question i think youd see much more effective cooling if u had those flans blowing on your videocard, rather then taking air away from it.

so i would want air blowing on the video card. ok. and does anyone know how to change the heatsink of a ATI 9800 pro AGP, it cant be that hard.
can anyone give me an article or step by step instructions.?

i mean putting together my computer wasnt hard and look how it turned out. *turn on computer, computer bursts into flames, brings whole house down.*
