WOW.. Hurricane Katrina Up to 175MPH. Categry 5. They are saying this could easily pass up Camille which set the record for the larget hurricane ever to hit the US. It's due to hit Louisianna head on, Which is BELOW Sea Level. Storm surge with a Cat 5, and this is LARGER than that, is going to be 20 to 25 feet, Probably higher. SUSTAINED winds at 175, Gusts over 200.

Bad thing is, This thing is still getting bigger and larger quickly.
 
I heard that the whole New Orleans was evacuated. Must look so spooky when there is a city without a single person in there.
 
Not everyone is evacuated though, Theres like 2000 left that dont have transportation, Volunteers are trying fast as they can to get people out
 
OLY SHI*! just watchin the ITV news here and i can see now just how big and major this is ..... i just thought this was on of the many insignifcent of hurricanes in USA every year but this is big

P.S. its 100,000 or so
 
Yes, I tried to remember the number but the channel was in a commercial at the time So I had to guess.
