I don't know who said it, but there IS 256mb 6600. RIght here:

Just though I'd correct that assumption that the 6600 only came in the 128mb version. Then again, this one has two gpu's, so it's like dual sli cards but with one card... hmmm.... just a wierd thing. And it only works with one mobo... lol... yeah.
