Yep, get a branded PSU; 400-Watt, i'd say. Get one with dual 12v rails.

I'd recommend you upgrade your graphics card too, if that doesn't fix the problem.

YEa or go big and get a 500 or 600. Then you'll be good for a while. Not only that 1.8 Ghz intel is kinda slow. 2.5 GHz would do ya good. Or a 2.0 Ghz AMD. Video Game is fine. However it could use a upgrade.

Nana, power consumption's coming down, or at least it should be, for the environment's sake.

If the PSU upgrade doesn't help, upgrade your graphics card to a 6600, 6800 or 7800. If that doesn't help, then try upgrading your CPU. You want an AMD.

Yeah it could be the psu. But u said u ocd ur vid card. Are u 100% sure that the oc is stable. Atleast my screen freezes for like 5 seconds once in a while if I oc too much. (yeah, has happened many times to me )
