The second one is easier to run SLI, if that's what you want.

The second one has SLI support. So if u plan on getting 2 vid cards then choose the second one. If u will run only 1 vid card there is not much difference. But I'd still get the second one, just in case u want SLI someday.

Second. The DFI Lanparty UT NF4 is the best overclocking board. Don't get gigabyte, they are stable but featureless....I would know

Don't get the Gigabyte. Get the DFI for OCing.
