cd drive and overclocking questions

first of all, can i somehow oc an amd k6-2 350mhz processor? if i get an amd athlon 64 3500+ for christmas, would it be better to oc it when i got it or would it be better to wait a year?

If i get the cd-drive below, would i be able read discs like hl2 and play them? also would i be able to read dvd's and write them to disc and would i be able to read a cd-rom and play a game or use the program on it? finaly would i be able to write music and games onto cd-r disks?

its just a cd-rw drive....you can do anything with this to CD's....no DVD's.....this cannot read DVD's not it can write on DVD's...you need a DVD writer write stuff on DVD's
