cut the image quality of the clip in favor of file size for web

get lots of bears here

that 28 sec clip rendered at bit rate of 521kbps resulting file size 1.8MB

but render at 3X or 4X that bit rate much improved image quality but that 28 sec now 10 MB or more file

looks good? so then 521kbps works good for pub to web - thanks

I use MS media encoder 9. It's a freebie from the big guy.

guess can't do that here anymore

think it's cause folks were getting carried away using too large images, too large file size...
