what is a tv tuner and what does it do? is it worth the money?

a tv tuner is essentially tv in. you can tune your tv to your PC! meaning you can watch tv on your monitor...allowing you to record tv and rip it to the internet...illegaly. not like id do that....idk if they are worth the money...i wouldnt have a use for one...than again i dont have cable

does that work reverse to? can you play games on your computer and have them show up on the tv?

well.....your video card should probably have video out...allowing you to do that.

if i want to view my pc screen on my tv, what would i have to get and where would i have to get it?

You would have to have a video card with video out capabilities. Most newer ones come standard with an S-Video out connection.
