Does this thing stops in BIOS?

If so, make sure that the BIOS is configured to boot up from the CD drive to install Windows

it stops in the PCI device listing, the bios is all set correctly or atleast i think it is.. i could be wrong though, i was told that in the bios i didnt have PCI enabled or something? could someone be able to elaborate on that?
