vb errors when i x out

what i close vb it errors how do i fix it?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling.

when i tried to reinstal i got a error or something it said "Setup Message"
"setup could not open the file:'C:\DOCUME~1\OWNER\DEASKTOP\MICROS~1\VB98ECD1.inf.'
then there was the option to abort retry or ignore and in order for the reinstal to complet i had to hit ignore over 200 times
