give me your opinions on this. if there's something better for the price, or cheaper, let me know. this will be mainly for gaming (just call of duty) and downloading/burning music and dvds...

Well, looks good... but.... the ram needs to be dual channel. Your mobo supports it... get it. And I know you have a budget... but pqi... never heard of em. Get geil at least, or corsair, kingston, or ocz. They're good. Why you ask? Because these companies that I have mentioned have a good reputation and make good memory. When you get dodgy ram, you can run into problems and their customer service won't be as good. I recommend: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820144309
pretty good memory, plus comes with heat spreaders. Hope this helps.

yeah i have anotehr question...do i need to buy anything else? anything at all? not including monitor, keyboard...ect. like any screws and stuff? i don't know what is needed to make the computer. also, do i need fans? is it something i have to have? or can i live without them?

Whoa there... well, screws... come with the case I think.
Geez... I forgot about fans...! man! HOw could I? Anyways... yeah, you need them. Without them, your cpu will overheat and die, and your money will be wasted. DOwn the drain.... yes yes. THis is good...http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835118115
for a cooling device and will elongate your cpu's life. Your case has a side air duct... that is good. You have a psu and all that... yeah. that fan will help!

there is a problem. so i'm setting up my computer right? well i take out the graphics card to place it in the right spot...but there is no spot that it will fit in. apparently everyone (bout 15 people) including my self, overlooked the fact that the mobo does not have any PCI Express x16 slots...and that is waht my graphics card needs...so now with that all said...i'm really bummed. now can you suggest a good mobo that will allow me to use my graphics card?

or a graphics card that will work on my mobo

it's actually pretty good that you bought a PCI-e card, since that's where everthing is going. There are some very good boards for PCI-e there, I would look at Abit, Gigabyte, Asus, DFI and MSI. Those are pretty much the big boys. Personally, I love my Gigabyte GA-K8N Ultra-SLI. I don't want to sway your decision, but these are the manufacturers I would check out. Go to newegg.com and anandtech.com and check some reviews.
