Browseui.dll error

When ever i boot my computer, and try to log in it says browseui.dll not found or is missing. What should i do

i log in but all i get is wallpaper

AHH! When you login go to task manager (ctrl alt del) then click new task and type in explorer.exe and see if they come up, if not . idk

we tryed it but it didn't work

ahhh! um, have you tried safe mode?


EDIT- it might be a virus in which is in startup but in safe mode windows doesnt execute the startup script...

we tryed that but it didn't work i also scaned for viruses opn my up stairs computer through network no viruses found or spyware

You can scan through the network? Then you should be able to restore the dll in its proper directory.

ya but there are 5 files named browseui.dll

....are they different file sizes?
you mean there are 5 files with the same name on the messed up computer?
