Startup - IT TAKES AGES!!!!! HELP!!!!

Don't need:

"realsched"
"qttask"
"MotiveSB"
"DAP"
"iTunesHelper"
"msmsgs"
"SystemWiper"
"fro"
"RoboTaskBarIcon"
"Adobe Reader..."
"WkCalRem"
"RainLender"
"PCfort Control.."
"broadband medic"

You don't need all those apps loading at start-up, I would also get rid of all those duplicate entries. Theres a few other debatable entries as well, such as "GoogleDesktop" and a few others...

this may sound silly, but if you log onto one name, then hit switch names rather then logging off and then logging onto another name,the computer tends to go a lot slower. just my findings.

also run adaware, spydoctor, and crapcleaner. maybe that'lll find some more stuff.
