Moveable Pictures

Can someone recommend a porgram that can created that those moveable pictures? Like having a picture change three times or something, showing different things, whilst being in a Gif or JPEG format. Thanks.

I havent tried this one but with my one you have to do each frame and then stick them together afterwards to make animated GIFs!

You can also download Flash MX, which i personally use, its extremely efficient and it automatically compresses everything to the smallest ratio without affecting resolution and so on

Nice little program that Animator, and it's free.
I haven't try it, burt must do a minimal gif...
I use Jasc paint 8 for that, but you have to pay for it...

i use The GIMP to do the GIFs for each frame, it's free but not quite as good as photoshop nearly though. www.gimp.org
