check to see if it came with a plate if it did punch the other one out by pushing from the outside to it will be push inside the case... then insert the new plate and it should fit fine.

thanks dhaval. i'll wait till the mobo gets here and if it does not have the i/o sheild then i'll buy one of those.

i took the pictures of the case as it arrived yesterday.

the mobo pic is from t-break reviews.
i just happened to notice that the ports wouldnt have lined up.

i have now been enlightened as to the fact that mobos come with a replacement panel to suit.

so i will be ordering the mobo nxt week
